Lead Times & Product Availability
We work hard to ship every order quickly, but some products require extra time.
Beadlocks and rock rings are generally cut to order and may have extended lead times. If you're in a rush, please contact us before ordering. We may be able to help.
Magnitude Transfer Cases are usually in stock, but they are assembled based on your selected configuration. This may cause a slight delay between ordering and shipping.
Assembled Magnitude Transfer Cases often require parts like shafts, gears, or other components that we do not stock in every variation. These are typically quick to get but can sometimes add extra lead time.
Shipping Policy
We offer flat rate shipping to the lower 48 United States.
Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate based on the dollar amount.
Orders over $150 ship free to the lower 48. Some exclusions apply.
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S. will receive real time UPS shipping rates at checkout. If you're located in these areas and want a more affordable shipping option, please reach out. We may be able to find you a better solution.
Delivery Terms
All shipments shall be deemed delivered, and all delivery obligations fully satisfied, upon confirmation of delivery by the designated shipping carrier. Total Metal Innovations assumes no liability for any loss, misplacement, or damage to shipments occurring after such confirmation. The risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon carrier acceptance. Any claims arising from lost, misplaced, or damaged shipments shall be the sole responsibility of the shipping provider. Total Metal Innovations disclaims any responsibility or obligation with respect to such claims.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and order cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
If we make an error, such as sending the wrong part or a defective item, we will make it right. Just contact us with your order number and a quick explanation, and we will take care of you.
Warranty Disclaimer
Total Metal Innovations warranties all products we manufacture against manufacturing defects.
If you believe a product you received has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right if the problem is determined to be a manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, abuse, misuse, or neglect, normal wear and tear, or products not manufactured by Total Metal Innovations.
All other products sold through our website that are not manufactured by Total Metal Innovations are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty if applicable.
We do not guarantee that the functions on this site will be uninterrupted or error free. We do not warrant that any defects in the website will be corrected or that the site or server are free of harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on warranties, so parts of this policy may not apply in certain locations.
Limitation of Liability
Total Metal Innovations is not liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this site or products, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so this may not apply in all cases.
Typographical Errors
If a product is mistakenly listed at the wrong price, Total Metal Innovations reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at that incorrect price, even if your credit card has already been charged. A refund will be issued for the incorrect amount if necessary.
