14 Bolt Shave Kit

The Total Metal Innovations 14 Bolt Shave Kit is the upgrade your axle has been begging for. This kit gives you a true 2-inch gain in ground clearance, cutting down the bulky bottom of the housing and replacing it with a fully welded, heavy-duty steel solution built to take a beating.

We didn’t just clean up the bottom, we reimagined it. Our approach uses precision laser-cut and CNC-formed steel components, a massive 5/8-inch thick bottom plate, and a welded diff cover that’s flat-machined for a proper seal. 

Fits SAE (non-ribbed) GM 14 Bolt axle housings.

• Fully welded diff cover
• 3/8" laser cut flange
• 1/4" laser cut and CNC formed shell
• 5/8" thick laser cut and CNC-machined bottom plate
• CNC-machined sealing face on the diff cover
• Grade 8 hardware included
