1.75" 7075 Aircraft Grade Aluminum Links

Tired of bending DOM and Chromoly link bars? Our 7075 Aircraft Grade Aluminum Links are the solution. 7075 Aluminum has great strength and memory. This allows the link to flex under load rather than bending then return back to straight. Steel and Chromoly links will bend and not return straight.

Select the size of your link in the drop-down menu for both full inches and then the fractional inch length.

  • 1.75" Link Thread Sizes: 3/4"-16 tpi, 7/8"-14 tpi, 7/8-18tpi, 1"-12 tpi, with 1 1/4" - 12 tpi recommended for upper links only.
  • 1.75" Max Recommended Vehicle Weight 4000 Lbs.
  • Links are shipped mill finish and buffed with Scotch-Brite.
  • Measurements are taken from end to end of the material and do not include the length of the joints.
Total Metal Innovations 7075 links do not include wrench flats as it is known that wrench flats create a weak link. We supply the strongest 7075 links available. Our links are intended to have anti-seize applied to the rod ends before installing.
